Shipping & Return
Due to retighten Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PPKM), we now mail orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Cut off is 15.00 daily, any orders placed after 15.00 will be proceeded on the next shipping day.
We deliver using SICEPAT. Arrival time may vary depending on where you live, to track your order please head to SICEPAT's website.
If you would like to order items to be delivered outside of Indonesia, please email us at email@example.com for a quote on shipping.
We want you to get the freshest coffee possible. Therefore, we usually ship the coffee the following day after roasting days for coffee that we don't have in stock. Normally the coffees are not more than 14 days when we sent it.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however we are sorry that we don't accept return. If you are unhappy with purchase you have made from website for any reasons, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of the dispatch date.
