Their coffee has been recognised many times in the Cup of Excellence awards. We were very impressed with their coffees, it really stood out as one of our favourite coffees on the table when we cupped it during our trip to Brazil end of last year.
This particular lot is 100% Yellow Bourbon, which was harvested and processed separately to maintain its distinct characteristics. What is unique about this lot is unlike traditional Brazilian coffees that tend to get dominated by nuts flavor. This Yellow Bourbon is sweet and dense with subtle raisiny fruity chocolate.
